The project is focused on the issues concerning the professional activity of the teachers in the late phase of their career. Tha iam of the project is to identify the main circumstances of the prefessional activity of man/woman teachers at basic schools in the late phase of their carrer. The goal of the research project will be to describe the psychological, educational and social aspects of the professional life of theachers in the late phase of their carrer and to indicate the circumstances and opportunities for develpoment and utilization of their educational and personal potential.
